At Merino Shoes, we want you to experience the natural comfort of our wool footwear risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the unwashed and unworn shoes back in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
